Our family has been making pasta for generations, carrying forward traditions that began around the table in Italy and continue today in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.

Every batch of pasta is made fresh daily, with heirloom organic grains and ingredients we choose with care. 

Our hope is simple: that you take a beat, savor the small moments, and enjoy good pasta with good company.

We pour aperitivo-style cocktails and quartinos of vino, made for slowing down together.
